Olos Carnival

At Olos, we decorated the company with a Carnival theme and chose a date before the party for the Olyees to work in costume. Anyone can participate, but the action makes the day very relaxed, both for those in costume and those not. Many cool photos mark this day.

Women’s day

At Olos we value women, both in and outside the workplace. Each year, we host an event to celebrate International Women’s Day, and in 2024, we treated our employees to a massage day, along with chocolates for everyone, including those present at the office on that day. It was such a hit that everyone is eager to do it again!

Down syndrome

To raise awareness about Down Syndrome, we published a post ahead of World Down Syndrome Day, encouraging Olyees to wear blue or yellow—the campaign’s colors. On March 21st , the official campaign day, we shared another post. Many Olyees embraced the initiative, helping bring the cause to light.

Autism

Building on the success of our previous campaign, we focused this time on World Autism Awareness Day. Just like before, we encouraged Olyees to wear blue, the official color of the campaign. On April 2nd we took photos of those who participated. Once again, we successfully highlighted an important cause.

Pet day

On March 14th, National Animal Day, we made a post about the subject, through Teams, and many Olyees posted photos and comments about their pets. It was a day of great “cuteness”.

mascot

Hi! I’m Olie, the Olos’s mascot.

I was born from a challenge in which the Olyees used AI to create a mascot that would represent Olos. I was democratically chosen from several options, the result of the collaboration between Olyee Ana Arjona, our Key Account Manager, and AI – Artificial Intelligence.

I’m a capybara, a representative of Brazilian fauna, and reflecting Olos, I’m sociable, peaceful and collaborative. Adaptable and resilient, I symbolize the flexibility that’s essential in technology. With my empathetic appearance, I reflect Olos’ welcoming attitude towards customers and partners.

NÓS:

Strengthening Ties,
Expanding Horizons

The first edition of NÓS took place at the Olos headquarters, bringing together female executives and leaders from different areas, starting a support and inclusion network that values diversity and strengthens ties between its participants. Founded by four great leaders – Maira Pitz (CEO of Grupo Selecionar), Leda Angelis (HR Director and Corporate Branding Specialist at NovaQuest), Fernanda Góes (Chief Sales Officer at Olos Tecnologia) and Alessandra Rabin (IT Executive and Advisor at Trendsinnovation) –, NÓS was created with the purpose of promoting unity, diversity and solidarity.

During the event, fundamental topics were discussed, such as the importance of diversity for innovation and the role of mutual support networks in overcoming collective challenges. NÓS aims to create a space where different perspectives and experiences come together to generate creative and innovative solutions to complex problems.

NÓS aims to strengthen ties, create support networks and value diversity, essential elements for facing collective challenges and generating a positive impact on society.
